We are pleased to announce that the recording of our recent LuceSEA Webinar: “Southeast Asian Nation-Building” held on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, is now available for viewing on our YouTube channel.

This webinar, the first in our Fall 2024 LuceSEA series, focused on the creation of cohesive national identities in post-colonial Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia, Myanmar, and Thailand. Our panel of distinguished speakers explored how these national identities have evolved over time and addressed the marginalization and political struggles of minority groups in the region.
