The Center for Southeast Asian Studies at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa is seeking a Graduate Assistant to coordinate the Asia Pacific Museum Exchange (APME) project. This is a part-time, temporary, 9-month position, with an anticipated start date of January 2025. The position involves managing project timelines, organizing virtual and in-person workshops, and assisting in project communications and logistics.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee project workflows and timelines to ensure on-time completion of tasks.
  • Assist in the organization of virtual and face-to-face workshops, including logistics, speaker coordination, and participant accommodations.
  • Develop and manage publicity and communication materials to promote the program.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director and staff to manage project resources and communications.
