The Center for Khmer Studies (CKS) invites applications for its US Scholar Research Fellowships. These fellowships support research in Cambodia or the broader Southeast Asia region, focusing on Cambodia within a regional context. Open to scholars across all disciplines in the social sciences and humanities, the fellowships provide direct funding, access to in-country resources, and logistical support.

Fellowship Details

  • Eligibility: U.S. citizens; PhD holders for Senior Research Fellowships, current doctoral students for Dissertation Research Fellowships.
  • Duration: Up to 11 months
    • Long-Term Research Fellowships: 6–11 months
    • Short-Term Research Fellowships: Up to 4 months
