AAUW 2024-2025 Fellowships & Grants – Applications Now Open


The American Association of University Women (AAUW) is now accepting applications for its 2024-2025 Fellowships and Grants. These programs provide financial support for women in various stages of their education, career development, and community work. AAUW’s goal is to advance gender equity by supporting women in their professional and academic pursuits.

Key Fellowships and Grants:

  1. American Fellowships
  2. Career Development Grants
    • Purpose: Provides financial assistance for women seeking to change careers, re-enter the workforce, or pursue advanced degrees. Primarily supports fields such as STEM, education, health, and social sciences.

    • Purpose: Offers funding for community-based projects that promote education and equity for women and girls. These grants are available to AAUW branches, state organizations, and local nonprofits.

  4. International Fellowships
    • Purpose: Supports non-U.S. citizens or permanent residents pursuing full-time graduate or postdoctoral studies in the U.S. with the intention of applying their expertise and leadership in their home countries. Up to 6 awards are also available for members of Graduate Women International to study in a country other than their own.
