2024-2025 AIFIS-Luce Research Fellowships for Indonesian Scholars to the U.S.

Purpose

Supports Indonesian graduate students, researchers, and academics to conduct research in the U.S. with a focus on fostering collaboration between Indonesian and American scholars.

Funding

Provides a grant of $7,000 to each of the 10 selected scholars to cover research and travel expenses.

Eligibility

Applicants must be Indonesian citizens with at least a master’s degree (preferably doctoral candidates or post-graduates) and must be based outside North America, with a preference for those affiliated with Indonesian institutions.

Duration

Research must be conducted in the U.S. for at least six weeks (45 days), with all activities and reports completed by December 31, 2024.
