New Asia-Pacific Affairs Career Initiative Launched at UH Mānoa

The Center for Southeast Asian Studies (CSEAS) is proud to co-sponsor the new Careers in Asia-Pacific Affairs (CAPA) initiative, launched by the School of Pacific and Asian Studies (SPAS) at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. CAPA aims to prepare students for exciting and diverse careers related to the Asia-Pacific region by providing them with knowledge, skills, and professional connections.

The initiative includes a three-credit course in Asian studies that explores career opportunities in government, business, education, and the nonprofit sector, as well as a speaker series that connects students with industry professionals.

We look forward to supporting students as they build successful careers in Asia-Pacific affairs.
