Explorations 15: Call for Papers

Explorations: A Graduate Student Journal of Southeast Asian Studies is now calling for papers to be included in its 15th issue.

Explorations is looking for graduate student papers that constitute original research in Southeast Asian studies. We are open to any theme, topic, or area of interest that relate to Southeast Asia and reflect the dynamic scholarship done by graduate students. The Explorations editorial board will review submissions and work with selected contributors throughout the editing and publishing processes.

We encourage submissions in many forms, including articles, notes from the field, book reviews, translations, photo essays, and more. We hope to publish a journal that represents the vast array of approaches to studying and presenting scholarship in Southeast Asian studies. We welcome submissions from graduate scholars in any discipline, as well as inter-disciplinary work.
