Soksamphoas Im, Moscotti Fellowship Recipient, Presented Paper

Ms. Soksamphoas Im is a Moscotti Fellowship recipient and PhD student in the UHM Department of Political Science whose research focuses on public policy. In May 2017, Ms. Im presented a paper at the 58th Annual International Studies Association Convention in Baltimore, Maryland, entitled “The Effects of Civil War on Social Economic Security: A Case Study of Cambodia”.
